- Account Information: Email address and name from Google Sign-In
- Phone Numbers: The hotline number you call and your notification phone number
- PIN: Your 6-digit reporting PIN (stored securely)
- Call History: Records of calls made and their results
- Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe (we don't store card details)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Make automated calls to the probation hotline on your behalf
- Send you notifications about call results via email, SMS, or WhatsApp
- Process payments for credits
- Improve our Service
3. SMS/Text Messages
If you opt in to SMS notifications:
- We will send you text messages with your call results
- Message frequency: Up to 1 message per scheduled call (typically daily)
- Message and data rates may apply
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message
- For help, reply HELP or email probationreportingapp@gmail.com
- We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Twilio: To make phone calls and send SMS/WhatsApp messages
- Stripe: To process payments
- Supabase: To store your account data securely
- SendGrid: To send email notifications
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no system is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
